1. Seller identification

2. Products
The products offered for sale are ready-to-wear items. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Products are sold subject to available stock. If an item becomes out of stock after an order is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded as soon as possible.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, however products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order & payment
Payments are secure and processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The order is confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent within minutes of successful payment.
5. Shipping
We ship to mainland France only via Colissimo (La Poste). Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €100. A tracking number will be sent by email upon dispatch.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no obligation to provide a reason or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@3venmade.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Returns & exchanges
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Sale items or limited-edition drop items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they have a manufacturing defect.
8. Legal warranties
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable French and EU law.
9. Liability
We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the internet network. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by La Poste or force majeure events.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
